I used this company this past weekend for a residential move and it was horrendous to say the least. First, the company agreed to arrive at my home between 9-10 am with three movers, a 26ft truck, and all packing supplies (e.g., packing blankets). To confirm there was no misunderstanding, I put this in writing and confirmed it with the owner, to which he agreed. Ill-equipped and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. Also don't be fooled by "Speciality Moving Solutions" - same owner under a different name.

I just paid $600 more dollars than the $400 price agreed upon! Here is part of my text confirming the $400 price for my baby grand and console piano to be loaded onto a POD. After getting here, Eric said he did not know that the upright piano was upstairs and that was a $1000 job! We talked about this on the phone and he said he misunderstood! I give these guys a 5 star rating good pricing, professional moving they shiwed up on time and finished at a decent time I would recommend moving simplified to everyone I am very satisfied and the owner Eric was very nice and professional tha k you for your help and hard work from your team
