This is the local agent handling my Household good move. I had a frustrating experience with the local servicing agent that handled my PCS delivery. During unloading, I personally witnessed and heard the delivery crew drop my television. However, when the damage claim was initiated, the company later stated that the crew denied the incident occurred.
