We had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. The biggest issue was the quality of the furniture assembly. Our bed, which weighs around 400 pounds and was a significant investment, was not put back together correctly. There were missing bolts and the bed slats were installed incorrectly, so they couldn’t be properly bolted into place. We had to disassemble and reassemble the bed ourselves just to make it safe. This is the local agent handling my Household good move. I had a frustrating experience with the local servicing agent that handled my PCS delivery. During unloading, I personally witnessed and heard the delivery crew drop my television. However, when the damage claim was initiated, the company later stated that the crew denied the incident occurred.
