This company gave a quote to my senior sister for a move across town, but the standard required insurance only covers 60 cents per pound for anything damaged. I asked about getting additional insurance to cover some of the things that she has that could be very costly if damaged, but they did not want to be bothered and retracted their quote. These folks did an amazing job of moving but mother from an apartment to a studio in an assisted living facility. The family sorted her plentiful belongings to scale it down, and moving made easy to care of the recycling and trash AND the move. Great folks.

Horrible company. Scheduled the movers months in advance for my mother. They never showed up. When we called they said we canceled it. Never happened. Extremely rude over the phone. So unprofessional.

Not recommended. They call ahead when they’re 30 min away, these guys did that but were then 40 min late, one was really high on drugs; looked like heroin and was super sketchy and rude, without equipment to do the job and had to borrow from us instead. He tried to overcharge by $200, became hostile until a male employee of mine showed up, sneered, couldn’t remember basic math when pricing.. acted like he was doing me a favor by charging us the contracted rate, laughed as is.
