I’ve been coming to see Kim for years, I consider it a critical part of my self care routine. Like oil change for car. Kim is always warm and personable, open with listening ears to take in what is going on not only in the body but also in mind, and her soothing touches and wise words work on both fronts. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

I first went to Kim Pilgrim because of a tight painful jaw. She has helped alleviate that and also released pain in a shoulder after an accident. She's intuitive about finding my "ouchies" and very good at relieving them.

Kim's transformative but gentle work has helped me when nothing else has. She has gone beyond the call of duty to help my mom with dementia in emergencies.
