Horrible customer service
You get what you pay for and in this case going with the lower costing movers caused problems. I have a book shelf missing a leg, there is a cut into the fabric of my head board, shelving broken on a stand, my desk is scuffed on the edges, my couch cushions are dirty and it was just a waste of a day. I hate to be the judge of how much giddy up somebody has but I as an overweight woman shouldn't be able to run laps around professional licensed movers lol. Marcus was great with scheduling. Georgio, Brock and Isaiah were respectful, polite and very efficient with moving.Great attitude to get things done in timely manner. Would hire them and recommend them for sure.
