I booked through this company but then received the emails through Moveroo. They gave me a fake date to pick up my car, took $2800 of my money and have since ghosted me. This is a scam company
Moving Cars/SMB Transport. I have used their service previously and had no issues but my recent experience has been the opposite. Just a warning for people who are thinking of hiring this company. They are willing to use every explanation possible to get out of taking responsibility for damages. My car key was completely shattered when I received my car (quite obviously crushed/run over) and had duct tape wrapped around it. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. 6 months ago I paid $750 for the car transport. but they didn't pick up my car on the day, and never refund. Fair trading said nothing they can do and asking me to go to tribunal. What a Scammer.
