This business isn't quite a scam, but it almost feels like it. They charge extra fees that aren't disclosed until you make a booking, their internal communication is shoddy, and they are extremely aggressive. They called me back three times after I cancelled my appointment due to dodgy pricing and sales tactics. The second guy continually interrupted me and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. JOHN IS SO RUDE AND TERRIBLE ST AT HIS JOB. HE WILL RUIN ALL YOUR PRECIOUS BELONGINGS
We've used these guys twice in the past few weeks whilst we moved into our new house, they've been absolutely superb. Very friendly and super helpful, they made the difficult task of moving a breeze. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
We used the father & son team last weekend (23/03/19) and they are professional at their service. Courteous! Friendly! Prompt! Will use them again.
