During my trip to New York, I attended Mary's workshop. It was a great experience.
I’ve been renting space at MBR for just under a year, and my experience has been nothing short of positive. The staff members are kind, professional, flexible, patient, and responsive. They go out of their way for you. It’s clear that they value and find meaning in the work they do. Renting space at MBR is also an incredible value. The space is beautiful - very charming and tranquil. Women who attend my events frequently comment on how much they like it. I’m extremely grateful to have found this gem.
This space is an oasis in a busy city. Mary, the owner, creates a healing atmosphere for movement therapy, massage, talk therapy, and energy work. Visit if you can —you'll feel revived & nourished
