Mr. Shroat is a con man. We purchased a handicap van from him when my mother had her stroke. 3 years later when she passed away he offered to sell our van and guaranteed us a certain price knowing he could sell it for more than that price. We were fine with him making a profit for selling it for us. Mr. Shroat sold our van but never paid us any money. WARNING: Do not do business with this company. It is owned and operated by disreputable thieves. We have rightly sued them for fraud, but found the owner and his wife have conveniently declared personal bankruptcy. From checking court records there are at least three other pending cases like ours. Don’t walk, RUN from this company !! And tell your friends.
