Desk broke within warranty period and have attempted to contact MOVI through multiple channels and all have been unsuccessful. Buyer beware!
Bought a MOVI desk in Sept 2021. It worked great up until Feb 2022. Have tried to contact the company many times, either through email or phone number and get no reply. The phone number does not even connect. The desk is still under warranty. Is MOVI Workspace even still in business? Poor customer support.
Loved my desk until it broke and MOVI proved incredibly unresponsive (desk still within warranty period). 1 month later, still left hanging. Might ditch the desk entirely which is a shame.
Love my Movi desk such a relief to be able to stand up through my working day, so easy to operate just a press of a button, and the standing mat is so comfortable
