No legitimate car rental company should make you have to fight and call multiple times to get your deposit back. They’re holding my 400$ hostage and blamed my type of card for why it’s not returned, but I have never had this experience with any legitimate business. Also charged me a 100$ late fee when a company representative told me I was good to return it a couple hours later than scheduled.

Absolutely Horrible Experience!! Stay Far Away from Movez Rental!! I booked a rental car with Movez Rental a month in advance, and they charged me in full, including a security deposit. I received a confirmation email and receipt, so I assumed everything was set. When the day came, I arrived with my family, only to be completely stranded.
