I went with them because they seem like a honest military owned company. But they gave me a quote and then that quote doubled. They backed out on all kinds of stuff, and they even admitted that some of the things were not handled correctly, but yet I did not get any refund back. They refused to work with me on any of it. *Added photos of my responses to their responses* WORTH THE READ. We trusted Movewise to protect our family’s belongings. Instead, we were left feeling misled, overcharged, and violated. I would never recommend Movewise to ANYONE. We hired Movewise because James repeatedly told us these were “his trucks” and “his guys.” What we later learned is that Movewise is a moving broker—not the company that actually moves your belongings.
