Lindsay is able to take the whole body and apply her therapy to specific problem areas. She listens and understands and is able to connect the tiny details. She is truly intentional and focuses on your main goals!
Great experience with Dr. Lindsay! I had some questions regarding pelvic floor after 16 months postpartum and she was so helpful. She gave me some things to do on my own but she also was able to release my hips while I was there too. She’s really personable, especially with something that can be a sensitive topic for people. I cannot recommend her enough as a pelvic floor therapist! You won’t regret going to her.

Lindsey is amazing! I went to her for pelvic floor therapy after having my daughter! She helped me get back into running and exercising by giving me at home exercises and seeing me weekly to help heal my core/pelvic floor. I highly highly recommend her and will definitely use her again post baby! She is so fun to be with and easy to talk to!
Lindsay is an absolute game changer when it comes to Women’s PT. She helped my running game and helped me troubleshoot different aches and pains I’ve been having for YEARS that subsequently went away. She’s kind, patient and listens. I love Lindsay and am so so grateful for her expertise!
