This has been amazing after major reconstructive surgery to my foot. Physio worked for a while but eventually made it way worse, being my right foot I struggled to drive. One trip to movewell and I could drive again and no pain at all..highly recommend an indian foot massage
I suffer from Fibromyalgia and ME with a great deal of pain. Jane has been amazing in addressing that pain. Jane and the team at Movewell are professional, compassionate and highly skilled in what they do. Just recently I had the worst migraine for 5 days and my legs were spasming and I had sharp pain around my pelvis. One session with Jane and I felt right as rain afterwards. I really look forward to my sessions with Jane as the relief I feel afterwards is always deeply restful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Movewell.
The team here are excellent. Love going to the classes especially - Jane is awesome for her classes and yoga therapy.
