Very poor and rude customer service on the phone when declining services. Don’t even know how I ended up on their call list as I never asked for a move from them. Probably got my info from another party then proceeded to be rude on the phone when I’m declining their service I never asked about
Apologies for the lengthy review. I hope my account will help those thinking of using MoveSafe. MoveSafe is a brokerage company. They don’t own any trucks of their own. They just deal in sales. There is no one available to talk to on the weekends or after office hours. Neither point is mentioned at the point of sale. My initial call with MoveSafe was pleasant.
