We had a good experience with Movers and Helpers. We had a small job and had a hard time finding help, but I'm glad we found them. Jordan and Bradley arrived on time (actually a couple minutes early). They moved our belongings with as much care as possible. They even showed more concern for our furniture than we did, asking for a blanket to put between pieces of a (plastic!) desk. Great hard working professional knowledgeable team! Attention to details and careful with furniture. I recommend this service.
Terrible customer service. The movers were over an hour late. They also dropped a drawer that was damaged. I left several messages, emails and texts to see if they would refund for some of the cost due to those issues. I at least hoped they would try to cover repairs or replacement for the drawer that was damaged. It’s been 2 weeks and still they still haven’t returned my messages.
These guys are great! Showed up on time and communicated with me every step of the way. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
