I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Carol. She is approachable, empathetic, knowledgeable and highly effective. After over 25 years of treatment (including repeated hospitalisation) for mental health issues arising from almost a lifetime of abuse I had all but given up hope of feeling peace, contentment and optimism. Carol has given me that and more. She has, literally, changed my life for the better.

Truely awesome 👏, I’m feeling grateful and choosing to move forward in my life, no longer stuck in my past trauma in fight and flight mode. I still get stressed but now I can cope. Carol is a great teacher, if you’re body is still carrying emotions of past trauma, why not take your power back! You only have one life let’s live it!

My mental state was in a bad way some 2 years ago. Depression, anxiety and alcohol abuse as a form of self-medication. Doctors filled me up with pills which in-turn created other physical problems. I was a mess. In desperation for help I found Carol Buchanan. I'm so glad I did! I am now functioning well without drugs and enjoying life. It's absolutely amazing what she can do in a few sessions.
