Went to see Ally @ Movemint with hip pain. My problem wasn't very specific but still he provided me with an excellent explanation with what could be going on and each time i seen him he gave me new stretches and ideas on how to improve the hip and joint pains! 10/10 experience!
Injured my glut about a year ago . I tried other physios without success. Ally treated my injury and his depth of knowledge and expertise is top notch . Am now pain free . I highly recommend Ally and Movement Physio .💯
I went to Ally as I was having trouble with my left shoulder. The first session he was very quick to pinpoint why I was having issues after carrying out a few exercises. He is very friendly and easy to chat to and very thorough. He creates exercises especially for you meaning everything is tailored to your injury. I would highly recommend! 😊
1st class physiotherapist, huge knowledge base and I genuinely felt like Ally cares about my issues. I have not been able to touch my toes for a very long time due to back issues. I left after one session and was able to. Brilliant!! My back issues are minimal now thanks to another few treatments and the prescribed exercises that Ally gave me. They’ll never go away but thanks to Ally I can train again.
I went on the recommendation of my son. Thoroughly impressed and my knee pain is gone. brilliant
