I came to MovementX after knee surgery. I was unable to bend my knee/walk/lay without pain and I was worried I would not be able to do the activities I loved. Dr. Adam Reinecker really listened to my worries and issues and gave me specific instructions that helped me regain my mobility. I was able to regain 90% mobility back to my knee within a few months and now 2 years later my knee is doing great!
Adam is awesome - super knowledgeable and fixed me in a few sessions, will be back next time I over do it!
Great service and diagnostic skills combined with development of exercise plan made for a really great PT experience. I would highly recommend Adam.
I worked with Adam mainly to resolve some upper back tension and pain that I've been getting on and off for years. The pain prevented me from back squatting with too much weight and would even flare up after running a few miles, and looking up solutions online gave too many vague suggestions. Adam was able to give me a few specific exercises and stretches that only took less than 5 minutes daily and the pain has improved drastically! I had consistant lower back pain for several years. Finally I decided to see a physical therapist, I was fortunate to find Adam Reinecker who works with MovementX in Lake Oswego. After about 5 weeks my nerve pain has subsided and now we are able to work on strengthening. Highly recommend if you are having pain go to one session!
