I’ve had 4 sessions with my PT Adam Reinecker, working on gluteal tendonopathy. I love it. While PT is sometimes a physically stressful journey, I can see my slow progress over the weeks, and what I find so beneficial is his hands-on manual work. He does gentle stretching that I can’t do on my own. The MovementX organization is so easy to work with. I am having PT in my home since I’m not driving. Game changer! You should try it.

Adam was a life-saver. He helped me transsition from an assisted living facility with minimum mobility (using a wheel chair) to gradual healing and strenthening my legs and torso. I was experiencing significant pain in my right shoulder that radiated into my arm due to a pinched nerve. I really appreciated not only the convenience of Adam coming to me, but the expertise Adam had with my kind of injury. He was both personable and professional. Not only did he show me ways to improve, but prevent future injury as well. He even looked at my office set up and gave suggestions on ergonomics that I implemented. Absolutely worth it and I would without hesitation see him again if needed.

Adam is a great physical therapist! He immediately honed in on the issue with my sciatic nerve and provided the right stretches and strength training exercises to help rehab it. He was diligent about finding the right ways to help even when there were set backs. I would highly recommend him!
