I have only had great experiences with everyone here. Both physiotherapists are excellent, the nutritionist is super lovely and helpful, and of course the owner Stu is great - providing great on-line and in person classes, a super supportive atmosphere and a friendly welcome and personal service to all.

Such a welcoming place and with great people and great services! I highly recommend. I've been seeing Emma as a physiotherapist for years and she is so knowledgeable but also very easy to talk to. I've also had massages from a variety of massage therapists, but Livia was by far the best massage I've ever had !
Great FST experience. Meaghan took the time to listen to my needs and provide a great session. Relieved a lot of tightness in my upper body. 1 hour was good enough for both my shoulders
I’ve been going here for a number of years for Physio treatments (when my main Physiotherapist is unavailable). I’ve always had great service and love the ambience of the place. The gym itself is great, especially tailored to those looking for guidance on workouts as Stuart and team are usually on hand with clients. Can’t recommend them enough…a great team and their administrative stuff is super easy for claims.
