Bloody champions! I was having issues with my bike and they really went out of their way to figure out the issue and find a solution. They were super busy with other jobs but I really appreciate they made time to make my bike safe. 10/10 for service and they didn't charge me nearly enough for the effort they put in.
The staff are awesome They asked me loads of questions about how I was planning to use the bike so they could give me loads of advice on what would suit me and my needs Then when I needed things adjusted they did that too! Great place, great staff, awesome product Been recommending to everyone who asks
TERRIBLE, standards of bikes do not waste your money. Only positive is Alex on reception as he tried to help but the ‘owner’ to stuck in the 1900s clearly. Had to take the bike back Twice. Seating,steering & both tires was down to ‘bad look’ apparently. No refund given and eventually threatened out of the store.
If this isn't the best bike/scooter shop in the world i'd love to see the one that is better! GO THERE! The stock must be seen to believe - I recommend an online sale of the retro stuff and they could retire!
Great experience with a trade in electric bike, traded in for a mobilty scooter as a return costumer. Wonderful and friendly service, above and beyond.
