I had the guys inspect advise then service the brakes on my odd creature that now feels like it has ABS. Living in times when good experiences are few & far between i give Movement Systems 10 out 10 from start to Stop..

Movement Systems is a wonderful and unique bike shop and the owner - Michael- is a great guy. They provided first class service and spotted, and fixed, an issue my normal bike shop hadn’t picked up. The range of bikes is amazing - it’s well worth a visit and a chat to Michael.
Super helpful, always go over and above. An amazing selection of parts in stock. Can supply you second hand rare spares. Movement Systems help was indispensable in rebuilding an electric trike. Supplied a derailleur, electric throttle, and much advice. Sourced a new cassette - and fit it after much pain removing the old one. Old school service and broad selection of parts in stock (very rare nowadays). Much appreciation for your help!
My issue probably started with a simple administrative mistake that I'd never leave a negative review over. I was supposed to receive a replacement bike or store credit in late 2022. I told my insurer's agent that I wanted store credit as I was going travelling but they must not have told the store, who called me to come pay the excess and collect the bike.
