Not good…issue on bill charging, they didn’t ask us first if we agree on 40% co pay, they inform us after 1 session is done. Since we pay for cancellation, paying online is also confusing we followed instruction on bill statement but the link is not updated so they make us pay on other institute, now we are having trouble to refund about the payment.
Both your Massage Therapist are very great at their jobs and very nice! Thanks so much, for help.
