Nick and Anna are awesome people. I’ve known and worked with Nick for several years, and I can confidently say that whether you’re recovering from an injury, trying to improve movement quality, or dialing in lifting technique for long-term strength and injury prevention, they are an amazing option if not the very best out there for what they do. Every session with Nick has brought noticeable value and even measurable progress. He’s given me knowledge and tools I can use for a lifetime. I’m genuinely grateful for the impact M... read more

Working with Nick has been beneficial and productive. I show up with multiple physical challenges and Nick is skilled at modifying any activity to meet my where I am physically in the moment. The environment is warm and supportive. I highly recommend.

I have two meniscus tears in my knee, which made working out and hiking tough. I started working with Nick to prepare for an Alaska sheep hunt for my 40th birthday, and the results exceeded my expectations. Not only was the hunt a success, but I was able to carry a heavy pack for 40 miles with minimal discomfort—something I wouldn’t have thought possible before. Nick’s thoughtful, methodical training and coaching made all the difference. I can’t recommend him enough.

Came in with 7 years of chronic shoulder pain and after 4 months with nick I was pain free. Transitioned into some strength building and saw immense success through that as well. Cannot recommend this place or these people enough. Extremely knowledgeable and professional in their field and some of the kindest humans around. Absolutely best I’ve ever been to. 10/10

An old rotator cuff injury would not heal. I could see the lack of muscle in my bicep and shoulder, even though I've been very consistent for months in my workouts. Anna and Nick focused on small muscle movements, and had me concentrate on how I was moving. For the most part, these were very small changes that produced noticeable changes in a short time. I ha... read more
