I had a great experience here, my therapist Brie was really amazing, tough but compassionate, she did wonders on my hand. I went from being unable to use it at all, to almost back to normal. I felt like she explained everything to me in detail, and worked with me at a comfortable pace, not too aggressive. They were very accommodating with my schedule, especially since I was unable to drive, and had to work around my husbands. It is unfortunate I have to leave a 1 star review but it is more unfortunate there is a lack of compassion at this office. I was a new patient so not even established, I had been two times and there was scheduling conflict we were working out. Then, a sickness (which I called to cancel an appointment for and was Covid so glad I didn't risk exposing anyone) and a sudden death in my family. The office called me one time then put me down as no call no shows. There are no calls or texts to remind patients of their appointments. ... read more

Absolutely fabulous all of the staff members were very courteous very respectful and very very helpful my hand is 95% better than where was that when I Started Thank

Well my husband Greg went to therapy with a woman named Karen she's very nice they have music there it's wheelchair accessible and they do accept payments and all that sort of thing and it's pretty pricey but they do accept payments and they do accept your credit cards and checks and probably mobile payments you have to call and they do have dogs there and and they have a lot of machines there and and they do have a little bit like rowing machines and weight and all that sort of thing and so give him a try
