Personally it was by far my worst motgage experience on so many levels! They have trouble with basic math, customer service and I was straight up lied too! So many BETTER options out there...which is basically anywhere else.

Completely disappointed. Over 60 days on a cash out refinance for an investment property. The loan officer was completely unfamiliar with this loan product. I had to wait for responses on any questions asked, given his lack of experience. Poor communication within the company and underwriting department. I was told what I wanted to hear in the beginning, just for all of the details to change throughout the process. The worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a mortgage company.
My mother and father's experience has been and continues to be absolutely dreadful. 3 months into the loan process and after the buyer of my father's place finally got is money for that closing this company asked for a 2 week extension. Now two weeks later they asked for another. I just can't understand why a loan takes 3-4 months to close. "Movement" is a relative term... A turtle moves too.
