I am highly disappointed in the way things have been handled by Michael Wooten & Movement Mortage. Do not let his charismatic personality fool you. He will be all friendly & act like he has the best interest in his clients & disappear once he has your business. After we submitted our deposit, Mike’s behavior changed, we encountered delays in following up, lack of clarity, & additional fees with no reasoning. Probably one of the worst experiences I have had with a lender. Delays in following up, lack of clarity, and additional fees with no reasoning. Introduced to a potential client who was looking forward to receiving a preapproval but NEVER delivered after the application was completed and never followed up which made me lose on the sale. Only used him as he was preferred lender for a new build property but would highly recommend anyone else if possible…
