Worst experience ever! Gave me the incorrect rate, then offered $1000 off my closing to make up for it. Got to closing and there was only $462.50 taken off. Had my title company rep call to see where the rest of the $1000 was and she was told it went to pay for extending my lock for another day--the same extension that was already paid for by my realtor! Update-- had to send in a THIRD request to have my flood insurance taken off--been trying since July! The incompetence just staggers me. Does no one care about service anymo... read more
