Personally, I have never had a PT experience like this. I always felt seen, heard, and validated. This is not the type of place where you're given a sheet of exercises and left to your own devices. You are coached and guided through the whole healing process making sure you are using the proper technique, targeting the correct muscles and stretching properly. The physical therapists and staff are fantastic. The atmosphere is pleasant and everyone is very friendly. I have made great strides in my recuperation and Jason has made the experience fun while working me hard. I highly recommend Method Movement!

I cannot say enough good things about the Movement Method group in Warminster. It has a relaxed but professional feel, clean and bright. My therapist, Lauren, helped me tremendously . If I have need of therapy in the future I will definitely seek her help again. Maria Is impressive as a first line contact and the rest of the staff are genuinely nice as well. If you’re looking for a therapist that will truly treat you as an individual and not just some client, this place is for you.
