If your doctor says “physical therapy” you’re looking for a clean, modern facility with accommodating hours. Then Movement Method is the ONLY place to go for any mobility issue. Dr. Lauren is absolutely great! She stays with you, explains all the exercises and makes challenging changes as you progress. She also sent me home with exercises that help you maintain your improvement. Oh, you will also love the insurance help and big smile you get from Maria when you sign in at the desk.
I truly cannot say enough positive things about Movement Method PT. I worked primarily with the owner, Dr Ilan Immerman, but absolutely all of the staff were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and invested in your personal success - whatever you want that to be. I needed PT after a fall ended with a nasty ankle sprain and hematoma. My orthopedic doctor was amazed at my progress with PT and I cannot thank their team enough for guiding me through a rocky recovery. Very happy with my experience. Extremely knowledgeable therapists. Good mix of therapy styles so patients can definitely gel with their therapist(s). Very helpful with insurance. Convenient hours and location.
