I can’t say enough great things about the Movement Method Physical Therapy practice. I was referred by my son who had gone through physical therapy for an extensive injury. Ilan, Founder and Physical Therapist, along with Lauren and Nick, my therapists, created a warm, welcoming professional experience. What a great experience with Movement Method (MM). I highly recommend MM for anyone in need of physical therapy. I have been to other PT (affiliated with my orthopedic office) and it just doesn’t compare. The one-on-one PT at MM was tailored to my specific needs - every treatment, every time. I won’t go anywhere else!

I recently graduated from this Movement Physical Therapy and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was efficient and clean, which made my sessions enjoyable. The one-on-one attention I received was impressive; I never felt rushed, and the staff genuinely listened to my concerns. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking personalized care in their rehabilitation journey.
I had a very positive experience at Movement Method. Came in with a partial bicep tear and a negative attitude that I would need surgery to fix it. After roughly 4 months of PT and encouragement from the movement team, my arm feels great. The entire movement team was awesome!
