A tremendous all in one facility for anyone that is looking for physical therapy or personal training in West Palm Beach! My mom was in need of more exercise but also deals with many issues with her shoulder and knee. With the way that Movement for Vitality focuses on paying attention to the problem areas while also creating a fitness routine is very unique. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that wants to get healthier in a safer fashion!
You can tell there is a lot of care and concern - coaches monitored every movement to ensure clients are moving safely and are not risking injury. The attention to overall well-being is evident in questions asked during class. It has been a life changing experience.

I really enjoyed my experience here. The coaches were engaged and very knowledgeable. They helped with my constant joint pain. I felt results immediately and the results have lasted. What a great atmosphere. Thank you Movement For Vitality.
