MDTFG has become my home away from home. It’s an escape from reality where you are surrounded by the most amount of support, encouragement and love from all the staff and other clients. I am so grateful to have found MDTFG. I look forward to all my sessions with Lucy and feel a little stronger after each one. Charlotte has created a lovely, welcoming environment to learn Pilates. The setting is serene and inviting. Check it out!

MDTFG! What’s not to say! Charlotte is so incredibly knowledgeable in her field of fitness. She truly cares about your well being. I love the “come as you are” vibe I get every time I show up for a class. I’m so much stronger thanks to Charlotte’s encouragement. The studio location is breathtaking. I can feel myself decompress just driving up the hill. If you’re looking for a fun and safe environment to better yourself, this is it.

I came across MDTFG after learning about Warwick Farm at the Philadelphia Flower Show. I love how Charlotte has curated a space to feel welcomed and celebrated in every stage of being. From hilltop yoga amongst the lavender, to a slow flow inside the studio I have only had magical experiences. I cannot recommend Movement Designed To Feel Good enough. I can give 5 stars here, but they deserve the entire galaxy! ✨🤍

Charlotte is an INCREDIBLE instructor. Whether it’s Pilates, dance cardio, yoga and beyond. She really ensures that whatever movement you’re doing with her is designed to feel good (especially if you have injuries). There is an extreme attention to detail in her work and you will always leave feeling better than you came. She is HIGHLY qualified and educated in movement as well as being such a safe space for inclusivity which can be hard to find in wellness. Cannot recommend MDTFG enough 100/100 ⭐️
