I had lower back pain that had plagued me for the last two years, and started physiotherapy (remotely!) when the pain got so bad. Cera was very patient and she helped me with different stretches and exercises. Over time and through lots of targeted stretching and strength building exercises (like squats), I am more aware of the postures and exercises that are helpful to my progress of becoming pain-free and stronger! Thank you so much, Cera! 10/10 would recommend!
