I’ve been coming to The Movement Centre for over a year now, initially seeing Paula and more recently Andrew. I first visited for a sports massage with Paula, which gave me huge relief from ongoing hip pain. After months of training for a race and completing it, the pain unfortunately worsened. Couldn't be happier with the amount of attention and care by the podiatrist I saw. Aisling is knowledgeable, personable and has a gentle care to her work. Highly recommend
Highly Recommended Physio.
This is the best physio place I have ever been to. I only wish i knew about this place earlier and not spend years going to random physio places getting very little result
Unfortunately, around $700 of 'hot' laser for toenail fungal infection last year at the Movement Centre failed to make any improvement to any of my 3 toenails. In fact, the fungal infection has worsened. This treatment does not penetrate deeply enough into the nail layers to be effective. Very disappointing and a waste of money.
