Ernesto helped me with a hamstring tendon injury. I was at a point where curling my leg in the slightest bit would cause very extensive pain. To where it was hard to sleep. Once I went to Ernesto, he looked at my injury with great detail and explained to me what was going on. He offered me an at home program that truly relieved the pain. I had a fantastic experience with Ernesto. He was able to diagnose the issue I’m having with my shoulders, determine a recovery plan based on my goals and activities, and provide some immediate improvement on the pain I was having. He also took the time to speak with me about my sleep issues, which came up during our discussion of my shoulder problem. Overall it’s clear that he treats the individual, not just the issue. I highly recommend Movement for Wellness to anyone.
Ernesto is awesome! His soft tissue work is unmatched and the exercises he gives are intentional, thoughtful and super helpful!
Ernesto was wonderful to work with. After the initial assessment, he provided me with mobility work to complete that eliminated my shoulder pain and made Clean and Jerks a reality again. He was wonderful with listening to my concerns and feedback and with providing me adaptive movements that aided in a much quicker recovery than I was anticipating. Definitely a knowledgeable individual, a great resource, and an absolute pleasure to work with!!
I found Ernesto through local advertising in my town. Prior to seeing Ernesto, I attended other physical therapy for around 4 months due to a hip impingement.
