Currently 6months (10 sessions) into rehab physio with Chris - suffered significant muscle loss after illness. Great experience so far with a tailored exercise plan and achieved my goal of returning to normal, maybe stronger than ever. Every interaction was positive, supportive and catered to my ideal daily routines. Very professional group.
God I wish I found this place years ago, Move Beyond Wolli Creek are awesome. Really friendly staff, personalized plans. As a bloke I never thought of Pilates, but here I am, loving it. Annika Wun cares so much she makes what sometimes feel like torture, fun and enjoyable! Do yourself a favor, come see the team.
Chris is an excellent physiotherapist who took the time to unpack and resolve a reoccurring issue that I've been having for many years. His advice was practical and customised to fit my lifestyle and I now have the tools to maintain things long term. Thank you!
Elizabeth Hakim is such a professional physio. I have been seeing her for 3 months and have done every exercise she taught me. The results are great. My back pain and the hip problems that have bothered me for years have been greatly relieved. There's also a massive improvement in my posture. Her expertise is highly reliable. Plus, her caring and cheerful attitude makes me feel at ease. Highly recommended!
