I started seeing Shanice, 2021 after my first child, through COVID then again in 2024 after my second child. She helped me with abdominal separation management/treatment pelvic floor strengthening, safe exercise as well as holistic care for chronic pain. Highly recommend her.
I’ve attended Shanice’s mums and bubs Pilates class for the past 9 months and have loved every minute of it. The classes are challenging but modifiable and just what I needed to start feeling myself again postpartum. Shanice is also amazing with the babies and it’s such a welcoming place for new mums - I’ll miss these sessions!
I had recurring hamstring strains and had a great experience. I received excellent treatment along with targeted strengthening exercises, and I saw results very quickly. The staff were friendly and professional—I highly recommend them.
