I had my initial consultation and first appointment with Danny today and must admit I was made to feel very welcome and at ease. Danny is a total professional and I feel comfortable being under his care for my Physiotherapy needs. Danny is very knowledgeable and explained the therapy process every step of the way. I can't recommend Movement 101 in Neutral Bay highly enough.. Thank you team.
Mikayla is an absolute legend!!!! She’s been amazing to work with and will also push you where you need. She’s thorough and honest and super personable. I would highly recommend her. She’s been helping me with an ankle fracture and my mobility has drastically improved week on week. We have a great laugh along the way too to make it all the more fun :)
I have been lucky enough to have Jade S treating me for my knee post my ACL surgery. I couldn't have asked for a better physio to guide me through the mental and physical aspects of the recovery! Thank you Jade and the Movement 101 NB team.
Mikayla has been terrific. Getting a 69 yo with an achilles tendon rupture up and about again in a matter of months through a steady progression of sensible achievable exercises combined with soft tissue massage without the need for surgery is no mean feat. Excellent job for which I will be forever grateful.
I was seeing Jade originally in Singapore and then luckily again in Sydney. 10/10 can recommend, not only for the top quality treatment but also understanding of how important exercise is for mental well-being.
