Move2Wellness is a gem in the heart of Ridgefield. Massages are outstanding and given in an atmosphere of peaceful dignity. Each staff person I've encountered has been professional, caring, and knowledgeable. M2W provides an oasis in the midst of life's pressures. I highly recommend it.
Rob Young has created a standard of excellence that his staff continues to deliver over and over. For years I've had problems with my lower back and hips. In the past I found most massages to be pleasant but not very effective. Then I found Move2Wellness in Ridgefield. Each therapist I encountered at Move2Wellness would listen intently to my "issues" and then work to alleviate the pain.
