Very happy thank you. The QR code was so much better than using the complicated and sluggish kiosk system last time I used your trailers in January 2024.
Fantastic trailers, excellent service from Coles express.
Had a trailer booked well in advance, went to collect it and wasn't there. Had to substitute a dove tail car carrier with a normal one which made the job more difficult. No offer of partial refund or anything. Checked the tyres once loaded and discovered spare was flat and wouldn't hold air - good thing we didn't need it. All good to say go to any Beaurepaire store - good luck finding one open on a Sunday. Trailer was in good condition, with led lights and towed well. Booking is easy online and you get an online discount.
