Borrowed a car trailer was told it had all the straps with it got out to pick a vehicle with no decent straps absolute hassle

Don't waste your time, Move Yourself are shonky and don't care about customers. Booked a trailer and none of their trailer plugs worked. Some would work for brake lights only, some for blinkers only. Even connected to a second trailer just to show them it wasn't the car. The workers at the petrol station were very nice and they had already reported all the cables as broken but Move Yourself hadn't replaced them.
