I've used these guys a couple of times with no issues. Yesterday I hired a trailer to move house. After I had left the company called me and asked if I could bring the trailer back sooner because their system had allowed itself to double book the trailer. I said no problem however I would like a partial refund which they agreed to over the phone and asked me to ring back when I had returned the trailer. My partner and I hired one of these utes today to take some furniture out to the Green Shed. Very easy to book, pick up and drop off, and service station staff were a great help in advising on the process. Ute was in very good condition. Over all really good value. Will definitely use again if we have anything large to move
