I used Stevens for a move from Ohio to Michigan in 2016. They stored my belongings for 3 months until I had purchased a new home. I waited almost 5 months before they located the last storage box, and they damaged just about every piece of furniture they touched! I also received bed bugs with the last truckload of my furniture. The owner promised a refund of my $6,000.00 plus fee, but that check has been in the mail since Jan. 2017. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AT WHAT THEY DO!
I was an Agent for Steven's Van lines for 25 years before they were taken over by Wheaton Van Lines. We were let go for cause. We collected credit cards on their behalf and forwarded the money to them or waited for the month to reconcile and either get money back, or write them a check as requested. Today I received 20 calls one after another from Randyg an extremely rude individual from their collections.
