I was suffering from a bad back and went to see okey. I was amazed how over a 6 months period he got my body better aligned,got me walking better and I am now able to do everyday activities without pain. His approach to getting you on the road to recovery is also quite special but you must also keep up with the exercises that he gives you which has helped me and now I still do them on a regular basic. Thanks okey.

Went to Okey to help with nagging shoulder pain, brought on by swimming. Within 3-4 sessions the pain was gone and range of motion increased. We have continued to work on other imbalances I have and this has resulted in more effective and consistent training (triathlon). Eze was able to support me with an ongoing knee issue. His patience and perseverance was brilliant and I felt supported and listened to. 3 months later and I’m back to running, feeling much stronger and with lots of helpful strategies and exercises to support if issues arise again.
