Move Well has a very knowledgeable staff. My therapist, Lauren has worked closely with me following several joint surgeries. She incorporates deep tissue massage and selective exercises and my goals have been continually met. The staff are friendly, the place is clean and the parking is convenient.
Move Well is distinctive in that the patient is assigned to a physical therapist who remains with the patient during the entirety of the patient's session. This feature is to be distinguished from the more common practice of a physical therapist beginning with Patient A, but then moving onto Patient B, C, and possibly D while Patient A is performing various exercises. Maria is thoughtful, considerate and caring. She is respectful and welcomes my input to the treatment plan.
Stephanie is careful, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. Her treatments, exercise routines, and supervision have been essential to my full recovery from a serious back injury. A few years earlier, a PT who has since left MoveWell (she moved away) correctly diagnosed a serious spinal condition that had been misdiagnosed by an orthopedic specialist. I had surgery for it not long after, and recovered thanks to that PT's sharp eye, and Stephanie's work.
Extraordinary staff - you get full attention for your hour and they are very hands on!!
