A supportive, friendly community atmosphere with helpful, approachable, knowledgeable staff. I feel very welcomed and comfortable, feeling motivated to attend classes with positive results. The gym is clean, well maintained with excellent equipment. I am also benefitting from group classes.
I'm new to Move. Nearly 69 and have a torn rotator cuff and fractured shoulder. Not ideal and will take some lengthy rehab probably. Have seen Joseph twice now and feel comfortable and confident with him. Easy to make an appointment, great program for me supported by an app so I can't forget what I'm supposed to do. Great follow up by both Joseph and his support team who helped me with payment and Medicare
I provided some feedback and the owner called me that day to discuss my situation. I really value when a business listens and cares about their clients.
