Let me start by saying that this company has given us back 1 hour of the money for the move! Unfortunately this is the only good thing I can say about this company! They sent 2 movers that seemed very unexperienced at the job, they took over 4 hours to move a one bedroom apartment, one of them was on his phone alot and was caught sitting in their truck with their feet up on the dash for 20 mins! Used Moveottawa for my daughter's move from Ottawa to Toronto on June 1/24. Very efficient and on time service on both ends. Also the price was very reasonable and the price quoted was the price charged. Would recommend this company any time.

This company is fantastic! All communications are prompt and helpful. My move went extremely well. Far exceeded my expectations! The movers arrived on time and completed the move in record time. They were very courteous and pleasant to deal with. I don’t like to tell people what to do and they made it so easy to request anything I wanted such as where to put things. We used Move Ottawa recently for the second time and found them as excellent as before. Their staff is very professional, caring, and punctual, proving quality service and good value for money. We had a last minute dates' change request and found them very accommodative to meet our needs.
