Helped immensely with lower back pain and hip pain. Learned some really effective stretches and exercises to incorporate in my workouts outside of PT too!
I just had my first massage with Lisa. She came to my home and was incredibly kind. She listened to my needs and asked questions. During the hr long massage, I could feel her working out tension I didn’t even know I was holding. With previous massages I’ve had with other therapists (at other locations), I feel like they usually graze over problem areas. This is not the case with Lisa! Harly and his team are wonderful! Everyone we have seen has been very friendly and helpful with their treatment plans.
Harly was great. I needed a quick appointment to handle some acute pain and he arranged some time for the needling process which I highly recommend (not covered by insurance) but provided me instant relief and the ability to get back to work and NOT miss any days.
