Awful experience with Move It YVR. They charged for services never provided and as well violated our building’s bylaws. We chose them based on reviews; do not be fooled by the positive ones. The owner has true reviews removed. Their contract is misleading, and I strongly advise against using their storage. There was no contract under our name, some of our property went missing, and they refused to let us check security footage because of that “missing” contract. Avoid this company at all costs.

From start to finish my move was handled professionally. Great service, very personable and efficient movers. They went out of their way to make my move stress free. I highly recommend MOVE IT YVR!

This team was amazing from start to finish. From the in person quote, the many, many emails back and forth and the team that came to move us. We are so pleased with everything and it was not at all a simple straightforward move- it came with many challenges and stressors but everyone stayed cool and calm and helped make the day go incredibly smooth despite some additional hiccups on our side.
