Booked an appointment with a Chiropodist for orthotics. at the last minute Move Health and Wellness changed the appointment to a physiotherapist. The Physio I saw was amazing to say the least (His name is Gavin Barha). The issue is that the appointment was booked through my insurance and they do not cover orthotics prescribed by a Physio. I communicated this to the team at Move Health and Wellness and was told that my insurance would accept the prescription. Sneaky and will take advantage of your insurance coverage! Was billed for a full 30-minute assessment when I was actually seen for 2 minutes! I did get a refund, but if you’re not paying close attention, you could easily be overcharged.
Must visit place .i am coming here from past 6 months gavin is really good and front desk girl kiran is amazing .
Brooke is wonderful (and super cuuute!) and physio mommy (Sarah) is terrific!
