Our move went fine. Minutes after the movers left we found that both my wife and I were missing expensive Swiss watches that were in our respective jewelry boxes. We moved the boxes ourselves, but brought them into our new residence when the move was90% complete. The company could not have been more nasty to us. while boasting that all of their movers were bonded they refused to submit a claim to their bonding company, presumably to keep their premium from raising.
BE AWARE OF SCAMS- this place is dangerous to work with. Read all the other 1-star reviews and be alarmed as my experience has been similar. Risk your valuable belongings with somewhere safer and ethical. Completely dysfunctional operations, manipulative, unethical customer services to justify it and take advantage of you.
