I recently reached out to Krzys about some pain in my shoulder. He got me an appointment to see him that suited my schedule and woah! He bent me about like a pretzel and my body made noises I never knew possible! Left feeling like a new man. Strangely looking forward to the next one! Cheers, Ash.

Krzys was very professional. Knows his stuff and gives great advise. From alignment to massage and even advising exercises to help with any issues. Would highly recommend and know where to go if I get any future issues

Krzys has helped me so much in not only his treatments but in becoming more active and preventing further issues. I have been to many others for treatment with back issues but none have taken the time and attention in helping to resolve the issue the way Krzys has. 100% recommend!

Big shout out to Krzys! Following many years of shoulder and lower back pain, pain relief medication, exercise (thanks to YouTube!) and physio, it is now, only after two sessions @movefreepontypooltherapy that I am finding some form of easement. Fully recommend!!!

From my first session, Krzystof studied my complaint and explained what the issue was. As well as having treatment, he gave me advice on exercises I could to do to strengthen the surrounding areas. I found Krzys to be very knowledgeable and would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.
