Had severe wrist pain/stiffness after repeated dynamic sloper attempts and couldn’t even do a push up because of pain for two months. Jamie Chen diagnosed me with De Quervain’s and gave me low-pain, home exercises that fit my capability. More importantly, I was allowed to climb during rehab - very thankful. After a month, I can now do dips and put considerably more pressure on my wrist. Jamie is an excellent climbing-physio and I would recommend her for any injuries you have.
Saw Jamie for a lingering wrist injury that I ignored for over half a year. Over 4 sessions my wrist has gotten back to feeling as it was at my best. Jamie came up with a great plan for wrist rehab that I could do as my climbing warm up, and also progress to get stronger now that the pain is gone. Appreciate and highly recommend Jamie!
I had an outdoor ground fall, broke my wrist and dislocated my ankle. Saw Jamie at the Move Clinic and she is the most thorough physio I have come across. Her prescribed exercises, every few weeks, allowed me to transition from walking with crutches to climbing 9 weeks after the initial injury. Four months on I'm back to climbing sport outdoors with absolutely no problems. Thank you so much Jamie!
Cameron is terrific.
